The Party of Democratic Reforms considers that democratic elections are possible with the current composition of the electoral commissions.
Party chairman, MP Asim Mollazade says serious reforms are needed for this purpose.
"I think politics is in need of young leaders. It is necessary to form a political elite, which would be actively involved in the sphere. There is a serious competition in the contemporary world, therefore we must train professionals.
There appearance is not necessarily connected with definite processes in the country. These must be sound forces able to take an active part in the politics", A.Mollazade said.
He also added that if during the session the Party passes a decision to take part in the presidential elections, its members will use new political technologies.
