Membership fees in Yeni Azerbaijani party reach $ 1,510,216 in 2007

According to the press service for the party, the session participants discussed activity of the party in 2007, as well as issues, facing the political structure in 2008.

"36,754 new members joined the party in 2007. According to the statistics, most of them are representatives of young generation.

The overall payment fees in the party reached $1,519,216, including AZN 502,966 paid to officials of the central office and regional organizations of the party, $98,078 for holding an international conference "Dialogue of civilizations and role of political parties"  in September, $96387 for conduction of the 15th anniversary of the Party.

$57,494 were used for communal services, telephone calles and communications, $66,238 for charity purposes.

The remaining assets were used for party arrangements and other expenses. Moreover, within a year $46,017 were paid to the tax services and $112,733  transferred to the State Fund of Social Protection", the press service states.

A plan of actions for 2008  was confirmed at the session of the administration of the party and measures to be held on the 85th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev this year been discussed.
