Head of Joint Staff of Armenian Armed Forces: "We must study the language of our enemy"

He assessed positively the intention of the Yerevan State University to teach Azerbaijani language  on the faculty of oriental studies: "I am surprised that this subject has not been taught earlier, as we must study the language of our enemy".

He said the Joint Staff as a body, ruling in the wartime, is responsible for all issues of moral and psychological provision.

"We have what to do in this direction. I have empowered a number of structures to work out the due program", Oganyan noted during the meeting with the teaching staff of the Yerevan State University answering the questions about measures necessary to achieve success in the propaganda war with Azerbaijan.
