Appeal of Azerbaijan's Ex-Health Minister Ali Insanov not granted

The due information has been provided by the collegium of the Supreme Court.

As is reported, the Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal against the ex-minister of health.

It should be reminded that A.Insanov was sentenced to 11 years imprisonment with confiscation of property. The Baku Court of Appeal has upheld the decision. The Ex-minister is kept in correctional ward No 13.
