AMF plans to penetrate stock market

"At present it is not possible to get funding from financial institutions but we are exploring the prospects, have discussion with the Finance Ministry and the National Bank. We may issue any financial instrument in the future," said Faig Mammadov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

He spoke of plans, saying it is intended to identify additional finance sources, improve the application procedure, establish branches, create e-mortgage and raise awareness among people.

He added that a branch will soon be established in Nakhchivan. APA-Economics
