Huseyn Abdulayev's lawyer appeals to Prosecutor General

Kamandar Nesibli, lawyer for Huseyn Abdullayev told the APA the investigation's decision was groundless. Nesibov said Huseyn Abdullayev is being examined in the medical center of penitentiary service in Boyuk Shor and added that they appealed to head physician Reshad Demirov for examining Huseyn Abdullayev.

"As the hospital is not equipped with modern equipment, it is impossible to carry out exact examination. We offered to bring necessary equipment," he said.

The petition on ending criminal case launched on Huseyn Abdullayev and launching criminal case on Fazail Agamali was dismissed.
