President receives Kurgan province's governor

Bogolomov reminded the event held in Kurgan in 1985 with participation of the then president Heydar Aliyev and stressed its significant role in the economical life of the province.

Governor said Azerbaijani Diaspora in Kurgan actively participates in the socio-public life of region, APA reports.

The head of state said that relation of our country with some regions of Russia and Kurgan region will contribute to the development of Azerbaijani-Russian relations and expressed confidence in further cooperation with the region.
