Russian ambassador: "We are expecting Baku's proposals on broadcast of Azerbaijani TV channels in Russia"

"The regulation of broadcasting of Azerbaijani TV channels in Russia is an important issue," Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov told journalists.

The ambassador said that he hopes Azerbaijan will make proposals concerning it.

Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov also expressed his hope that the problem will be soon solved.

"There are different options with regard to broadcasting of Azerbaijani TV channels in Russia. These options should be considered on parity basis. There is no unsolvable problem between Azerbaijan and Russia," Mr.Khalafov stressed, APA reports.
