Azeri, Turkish and Georgian Presidents to meet in Georgia

Ceremony of signing Framework Agreement on implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Akhalkalaki-Kars railway project will be held in Georgia on February 7.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish Prime Minister Rajab Tayyib Erdogan will also attend the ceremony. Their visit schedules have been announced.

According to the agreement, Azerbaijan will lend Georgia a $200 million loan for 25 years at 1% annually.

President Ilham Aliyev, Turkish Premier Rajab Tayyib Erdogan and Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili will have trilateral meeting in the frame of the ceremony. Aliyev, Saakashvili and Erdogan will also attend the opening of Tbilisi International Airport constructed by Turkish Tepe Akfen Company (TAV). TAV Company will use 2.8 million-passenger airport for 20 years.

$28.5 million was allocated for the construction of 24 000 square meters airport, APA's Georgia bureau reports.
