Newly-appointed Turkish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Avni Garsioglu will arrive in Baku on January 16, Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan told the APA.

The embassy said the first week of his activity will be of acquainting character.
