MPs appeal to Ilham Aliyev

Vahid Ahmedov, MP, told the APA they asked the president to take necessary measures for increasing the living conditions and to construct two buildings for the officers in each corps. Besides, the appeal asks the government to strengthen control over the heads of major offices of the regions to continue supply of assistance to the corps.

Ahmedov said that the appeal does not contain any information about soldiers' problems.

"We only asked to solve the problems that we faced. We did not meet any problems concerning the soldiers," he said.

The appeal was signed by MPs Vahid Ahmedov, Lale Abbasova, Elmira Akhundova, Fezail Agamali, Tahir Rzayev and Aydin Hasanov.
