Newly-appointed Norwegian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Johan Ramberg will come to Baku on December 28, Norwegian Embassy in Azerbaijan informs.

New Ambassador has before worked in Norwegian Foreign Ministry, APA reports.
