Anne Derse: "I'll help to lift section 907"

US ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Derse is for lifting Section 907.

The ambassador said that she will support Azerbaijan in this issue, APA reports.

It should be noted that section 907 to the Freedom Support Act considers forbidding US to help Azerbaijan. The section is applied since 1997. It should be added that, US President George Bush decided to stop the execution of the article temporarily after September 11 events, when Azerbaijan supported anti terror.
