Defense Industry Minister pays tribute to late Imam Khomeini

Visiting Iran Azeri Minister of Defense Industry Yavar Jamalov paid tribute to the late Imam Khomeini, by laying a wreath on his grave in southern Tehran on Monday.

Jamalov, who arrived in Tehran heading a senior delegation, has met with Iranian Minister of Defense Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar and visited an exhibition of defense equipment.

He said his visit has familiarized him with the achievements of Iranian defense experts for air, sea and ground forces including missiles and electronic gadgets.

During his meeting with Mohammad-Najjar, the Azeri minister said that Baku welcomed expansion of defense cooperation with Tehran. IRNA
