Tender on frequency of ANS TV and ANS ChM radio announced

The person who is not Azerbaijani citizen, sentenced for grievous crimes and political parties and religious organizations can not take part in the tender. An application for buying broadcasting license, differentiating symbol of teleradio broadcasting and program conception should be presented.

Those Willing to participate in tender should present their documents to NTRC from December 5, 2006 to January 5, 2007.

It should be noted that some appeals have already been made for participating in the tender. ANS Group of Companies refused to participate in it.
