Mammadyarov: "Only one issue concerning Nagorno Karabakh left"

He said in case the last principle is agreed upon, there will be improvement in the process of settlement of the conflict. But the Minister rejected to elucidate the essence of the coordinated principles.

"It is a very delicate question. In order to go into details both parties should agree to it. There are forces in the region that do not want peace. They can take advantage of it," he said.

The minister said that the formula of settlement of the conflict will be put in public discussion after the last principle is agreed upon, APA reports.
