CE Committee against tortures criticized Armenia in their accounts.

It was shown that the police were very cruel towards the citizens during the pickets against the government in Armenia on April 2004. The document also stressed that the prisoners are subjected to tortures. Armenia was demanded to stop the tortures, APA European bureau reports.
