President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rahmonov on re-election as the President of his country.

The Head of the Azerbaijan State expressed hope that the joint efforts would promote development of the friendly relations and cooperation between two countries.
