Georgian Foreign Minister visits Moscow via Baku

The meeting will be held in the frames of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) on November 1-2.

During a short visit to Baku the Georgian Foreign Minister will also meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Elmar Mammadyarov.
