President Aliyev visits southern regions

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived October 23 in the Lerik province.

The Head of State lit the torch symbolizing the start of gas supply to the provincial center of Lerik.

The ceremony was opened by Head of the Lerik Executive Power Fuzuli Hajiyev.

Then, the speakers were chairman of Azerigas joint-stock venture Alikhan Melikov and chairman of the district council of aksakkals (elderly people) Ozbek Guliyev.
