Stratfor: "Nagorno Karabakh conflict not to be solved this year"

"Nagorno Karabakh conflict will not be solved this year despite resumption of negotiations," said in Stratfor research center report.

As APA informs, Stratfor analysts think though Azerbaijan tries to strengthen the army by increasing military expenditures, it failed.

Azerbaijan will have another income source in the last quarter of 2006 besides BTC main oil export pipeline.

Pipeline to deliver Caspian gas to European market is expected to come on line in December which will further strengthen Azerbaijan financially.
