President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the president of the Republic of Slovakia Mr. Ivan Gasparovic on the country's Constitution Day.

Head of the Azerbaijan State expresses hope the friendly and cooperation relations established between two countries will further develop and strengthen to serve interests of both nations.
