Allahshukur Pashazadeh receives new Belarus Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Office of Caucasian Muslims chief Sheykhulislam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh received new Belarus Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolay Patskevich.

The Ambassador highly appreciated the tolerance in Azerbaijan. He said representatives of diverse confessions and many Muslims live in Belarus and there are eight mosques there.

One more is being constructed in Minsk now.

He also said Azerbaijan Diaspora members take an active part in the social life of the country.

Pashazadeh also talked about the importance of cooperating in all spheres, including religious sphere, APA reports.
