President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on 28 August at his residence in received special envoy of OSCE Chairman-In-Office Pierre Chevalier.

In meeting, discussed was the current state of negotiations and prospects connected with the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
