President Aliyev received Georgian Deputy PM

Mr. Baramidze expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijan President for the assistance rendered during energy shortage to Georgia.

President of Azerbaijan said Georgia and Azerbaijan are friendly and fraternal countries, noting that "we are connected with common values and goals. Joint projects serve expansion of cooperation of our countries." The Head of Azerbaijani State characterized the forum in Slovenia as a sample of cooperation and common interests.

In meeting, also exchanged were views on other issues of mutual interest.
