Andrzej Kasprzyk: "I saw no one commit arson so I have no fact on the source of fire"

"The cause for spread of fire to large area in contact line of troops is hot weather," Andrzej Kasprzyk, personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office told Arminfo agency.

He said it is beyond his competence to air any opinion on the source or character of the fire, APA reports.

"I am not an investigator. Furthermore, I saw no one commit arson so I have no fact on the source of fire. Fires happened in this area before but not as large-scale as now. Everybody knows there are different causes for fire. It is enough to follow the news on California, Sweden, Finland, Pussia, Poland, Spain and Portugal fires," he said.
