CIS heads of state summit to take place in Minsk

The CIS heads of state summit will be held in Minsk in November 2006.

According to APA, the summit will focuse on the documents worked out in Kazan summit. Experts are about to complete preparing documents.

The documents will contain mechanisms to raise effectiveness of the CIS activity. Necessity of the member states' implementing the CIS decisions will also be discussed at the summit.
