Azerbaijani parliament speaker receives Polish Sejm's European Union Affairs Commission head

The parliament's press service told APA that the speaker touched on the historical background of Azerbaijan-Poland relations stressing importance of taking necessary steps to expand the relations between the two states.

Mr.Asadov expressed his wish of strengthening efficient cooperation relations between Azerbaijani and Polish parliaments.

Mr.Karski expressed his country's interest in developing relations with Azerbaijan. He said the aim of his visit to Baku is to have talks for expansion of Azerbaijan-Poland relations.
