The European “observers” really outdid themselves.

 

They stuffed themselves with thousands of portions of kebab and washed it all down with liters of mulberry drinks — a full-scale feast at someone else’s expense.

 

With that kind of attitude, it’s no surprise they never got around to doing any actual work on the ground — just endless indulgence disguised as a mission.
