Occupation of Lachin region by Armenia commemorated in Baku

As APA reports, AWPM Deputy Chairman Shamsaddin Aliyev said the invasion of Lachin was preplanned action. He said we could not take necessary action to defend the region. Major-General Zaur Rzayev said he had been to Lachin few days before its invasion.

"Lachin was the victim of political conflicts. You cannot blame any servicemen in this case. Because, only military men cannot be charged with the defense of any territory. All the state bodies should function simultaneously in this case," the Major-General stressed.

The commemorative event participants visited the tombs of the martyrs.
