President receives Russian Human Rights Comissioner

The Head of State expressed satisfaction with the existing cooperation between various structures of Azerbaijan and Russia, including ombudsman institutes. He hoped this visit would contribute to development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Vladimir Lukin first recalled his meetings with national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev. He advised he came to Azerbaijan to participate in an international ombudsmen conference adding he will continue his efforts to further development of cooperation with Azerbaijan Ombudsman institute, AzerTAg reports.
