April 27, 2006 Head of PACE Mission for repeat parliamentary elections Leo Platvoet met with members of Azeri delegation to PACE in Milli Majlis.

As Trend reports, at the meeting officials discussed a number of issues on preparation of repeat parliamentary elections to be held May 13. Samed Seyidov, Head of Azeri delegation to PACE, informed the guest of the preparation works being performed. It was said that at these repeat parliamentary elections both government and its agencies will do its best to ensure transparency.

On April 28 Platvoet is meeting with Ziyafet Askerov, first Deputy Chairman of Milli Majlis.
