As to Latvian rapporteur Boris Chilevich, Seyidov highly appreciated his activities and noted the rapporteur repeatedly arrive in the region to study the situation in the local level.
"Despite necessity of some changes, the report reflects realties and Azerbaijani MPs will take active part in the injection of changes on Friday," Seyidov concluded.
Report by Chilevich was the last item on the agenda of the final day of the PACE spring session in Strasburg, Trend reports.
