CEC composition to be fully formed after re-elections

The CEC secretary Natig Mammadov told APA that the authorities of CEC five members will be confirmed in the parliament's sitting.

Commenting on the opposition parties refusing to participate in forming the CEC, Mammadov said that some opposition parties refusing to join this process influenced the number of the parties in the CEC. This factor has nothing to do with the CEC members.

"As the composition of parliament has not been fully formed the CEC composition was not formed either. Probably, the re-elections will not seriously change the parliament. Then, the composition of the CEC will not change seriously too," Mammadov said.
