According to APA, delegations to be led by Deputy FMs of the Caspian Sea littoral states will discuss the disagreed articles of the convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea.
Issues like shipping, ecology and fishing have already been agreed and the divergence of opinions is on the distribution of the bottom of the Sea.
Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan agreed on distribution of the bottom, Iran and Turkmenistan disagree. Proposal of Kazakhstan on adoption of Stability Pact in the Caspian Sea will also be discussed at the meeting in Moscow.
Kazakhstan working group put forward this proposal at the 19th meeting held in Astana November 21-22, last year.
