More than 70 Azerbaijanis detained in South Azerbaijan

Demonstrations on the anniversary of the Khojali genocide were held in several cities of South Azerbaijan. Over 70 protesters were detained by the law enforcement bodies.

As APA reports, posters and video cameras of the protesters were broken during the protest action in Gum.

There was a serious clash with the law enforcement bodies in Tabriz. Police dispersed the protesters in the district populated by Armenians, and detained at least 40 of them.
