Head of SCC receives Iranian Ambassador

As Trend reports, at the meeting the Head of SCC mentioned the development of Azerbaijani-Iranian relationship.

Aliyev underlined the role of the customs bodies in the development of cooperation between the countries, simplification of procedures on arrival of the citizens of the both countries.

Aliyev voiced hope that Iran would participate in the workshop, which will be held in the regional education centre of the World Customs Organization, and the Azerbaijani-Iranian relations would develop hence.

In his turn, the Iranian Ambassador said that he would assist in the further development of the bilateral cooperation during his diplomatic activities in Azerbaijan. Suleymani stressed necessity of the increase of number of agreements on improvement of quality customs control points, expansion of border trade between countries.

The same time the sides underlined importance of work acceleration on opening of "Horadiz" customs control point.
