One of the exciting issues in Europe is extension of their rights equally with the local population. That's why the subject will be discussed in Vienna", she said.

She also noted, the PA OSCE committee would discuss a number of other issues and appoint the rapporteurs.

Aslanova added, during the winter session participants from 55 countries will be given detailed information on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. She also said, they remained displeased with the document on Nagorno Karabakh by the rapporteur Goran Lenmarker.

"Azerbaijan and Armenia are equated with each other in the report, and no ways out of the conflict are pointed out there", Aslanova said, "This time Azerbaijani delegation will meet with Lenmarker."
