As APA reports, the President's press service told that Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree "On amendments and additions to some decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan". Under the decree, "Honored Lawyer" title might be given to the lawyers who worked for at least 15 year in legislative, executive and juridical bodies as well as in the science, teaching and other institutions with merits in the field of defense of rights and freedoms. By the other decree of the president, additions have been made to "The regulations on consideration of citizenship issue of Azerbaijan Republic and their solution methods".
Then President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on introduction of the law #47-IIIQD dated December 30, 2005 on "Making changes to the law "On pension maintenance of citizens". The president also signed the decree "On introduction of the law #49-IIIQD dated December 30, 2005 on "Making additions to the Law "On Police"".
The decree for execution of the law "On obtaining information" says central authorities will implement the authorities of "relevant authorities" that were reflected in the articles 32.2 and 56.2 on the law.
President Ilham Aliyev has also signed a decree "On rules concerning signing of agreements on credits received by state guarantee". The decree resolves that central authorities has to submit proposals to Cabinet of Ministers on starting talks about credits planed to receive by the guarantee of Azerbaijani government.
If Cabinet of Ministers considers receiving the credits by the state guarantee as expedient, it allows relevant central authorities or head of state structure to start negotiations with appropriate credit organization.
