Elchin Guliyev: "After liberation of Azerbaijan lands from occupants the issue of border guard will raise"

According to him, the relevant presidential decree signed in December 2005 is aimed at developing of the Azerbaijan frontier guard exactly from the technical standpoint, Trend reports.

"The key objective is reinstatement of the Azerbaijan border guard after withdrawal of the occupational forces. As it is known, both from the north and the north-west Azerbaijan has new borders and their protection must be organized at the high level. The decree signed by the president is a serious help for achieving essential results," Guliyev stated.
