Seyran Ohanian: "Fate of Nagorno Karabakh can't be solved without participation of Karabakh Armenians"

"It is impossible to speak of complete resolution of the conflict at present,"- head of the armed gang of separatist regime of the occupied lands of Azerbaijan Seyran Ohanian claimed.

As APA informs, he says that no decision can be made without participation of Karabakh Armenians: "We should be direct participant of discussions on the settlement of the conflict; no step can be taken without taking our opinions into consideration".

Saying cease-fire in frontline are more often breached by Azerbaijani side, he noted that armed gangs led by him are ready for the struggle to every inch of Karabah.
