Karabakh Liberation Organization appealed to the embassy of Russia

The appeal expresses protest against visit of head of Caucaus Investigation Center of Moscow State International Relations Institute, co-chair of Lermontov committee of Russia, chief of All Christian Fraternity Vladimir Zakharov to the Azerbaijani lands under occupation.

The information was given to APA by the press service of KLO. KLO regards V.Zakharov’s visit to Khankendi and giving special award to the head of so called republic Arkadi Gukasyan:”It as ignominious action against international legal norms and humanistic values; “The action of such an influential figure is accepted as the stance of Russia. He paid a visit to occupied territories without permission of Azerbaijani government, met with leaders and other representatives of separatist regime, furthermore, conferred an order of “Support for peace in Caucasus” on the leader of separatist regime.

The appeals demands that Pyotr Burdikin should make clear the activity of V.Zakharov and V.Zakharov should apologize to Azerbaijani people.
