EU special envoy Heikki Talvitie arrives in Baku tomorrow

The special envoy of the European Union for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie arrives in Baku on November 22 morning, the Embassy of the United Kingdom to Azerbaijan told Trend.

Holding of meetings with the country’s authorities, leaders of political parties and representatives of the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is supposed during the visit.
