Vladimir Rushaylo arrived in Azerbaijan to monitor elections

The CIS Executive Secretary, head of the CIS Observation Mission to observe the elections to Milli Majlis (parliament) Vladimir Rushaylo arrived in Baku yesterday.

The head of CIS Observation Mission headquarters Yevgeni Sloboda informs that Rushaylo came to Azerbaijan with a vast group of observers. The CIS observers will follow the elections in all constituencies and draw a report at the end of the elections.

V.Rushalyo will meet with Azerbaijani officials, administration of the Central Election Commission and scrutinize preparations for the elections.
