Nasimi district court decides that Ruslan Bashirli is going to spend more time in jail

"The court made a decision on prolongation of the investigational period for additional two months," informed the lawyer of R.Bashirli, Elchin Gambarov. The lawyer considers that it was possible to complete the process during elapsed period of time. However, the investigational group was intentionally indifferent to this case and was not interested in completing the process in a short period. Gambarov said that he had been familiarized with the results of the expert examination recently.

He informed that the examination had been conducted in an inaccurate manner. Morever, ambarov saying that he meets with R.Bashirli systematically informed that the health condition of Bashirli gets worse. "He has got continuous severe nephritic pains. Despite of my appeals to the Ombudsman, Ruslan Bashirli is not moved to the medical station of the prison. His treatment under those conditions is impossible. If it continues so, Ruslan’s health condition will become more serious," says the lawyer.
