Sentence delivered on selection of the arrest measure on Ayaz Mutallibov was kept in force

APA was informed about it by the lawyer of A.Mutallibov Fuad Aghayev.

According to the words of the lawyer, the process was held by the chairman of the judge Aladdin Jafarov. The procurator of the Investigation Department on Grave Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic Eldar Majidov acted as the public prosecutor: “I proved that the petition raised by me in the court process was justified. I noted that Ayaz Mutallibov was not informed about the sentence delivered by the Nasimi region court in 2003. How can the sentence be implemented in this case? In spite of all these arguments, Aladdin Jafarov pronounced the sentence that my petition was not accepted”.

F.Aghayev informed that he will appeal from the sentence pronounced on petition’s not being accepted.
