“It is offensive to make voters dip their fingers into the ink”-Head of Milli Majlis (parliament) Body, member of Azerbaijani working group to Venice Commission Sefa Mirzayev to APA.
Stating that he cannot say exactly whether this suggestion will be discussed in Milli Majlis, S.Mirzayev expressed his dissatisfaction of the suggestion: “We apply voter’s card and this is a civil measure to prevent voting twice, is there any need to make people dip their fingers into the ink?”
