President appointed Azer Tofig oglu Husseyn ambassador of Azerbaijan to Japan

President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on conferring the title of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on Azer Tofig oglu Husseyn and appointing him the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Japan, recalling the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Turkey Mammad Novruz oglu Aliyev and appointing him Ambassador to Spain.
President of Azerbaijan signed also a Decree on conferring the title the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on Zakir Arif oglu Hashimov and appointing him Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey.  (Trend)
