Malcolm Bruce's report on Azerbaijan to be made out by April session

APA was informed of it by the head of Information Office of the Council of Europe in Baku, Ilgar Ibrahimli. It must be reminded that, M.Bruce told in his press conference about the results of his visit in Baku, of a pardon decree to be issued in 2-3 weeks, and his report to be made out after that decree. As a rule, the report is to be put to the discussion of the session after having been presented to the Permanent Committee.

It must be noted that, the matter of obligations of Azerbaijan before PA CE was put on the agenda of the organization after the last pardon decree. M.Bruce while being in Baku had said that, if the political prison matter was not solved CE-Azerbaijan relations would be watched again and no time would be extended for Azerbaijan for solving the problem./APA/
