"Azerbaijan should take serious steps by April in the direction of implementation of its commitments to the CE," Samad Seyidov, the head of the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to the PACE, also head of the standing parliamentary commission on international relations and interparliamentary bonds of Milli Majlis told Trend.
According to Seyidov, Azerbaijan has implemented its commitments to the CE, while some of them are under fulfillment. "Azerbaijan took serious steps in the sphere of human rights.

Azerbaijan will take serious steps in the coming two months for the establishment of Public Radio and Television (PRT). It could release the Azerbaijani representatives from the problems in the spring session," Seyidov noted.
